You’re exercising and drinking water now its time to work on your diet. Eating healthy food is the best way to feel healthy. Here are some things to keep in mind to help you eat healthy food.
1. When eating a healthy diet, it is most important to eat 2-3 servings of fruit and vegetables per day. Fruits and vegetables are loaded with nutrients to help your body keep up with your exercise routine.
2. Go organic! The best wayto eat healthy food is to eat foood that is organic. Try eating organic foods that are grown without herbicides and nasty pesticides.
3. When shopping try staying on the outer aisles. Stay away from over processed and persevered foods like snack cakes or frozen dinners. Eating healthy foods usually cannot be accomplished by going down the snack aisle!
4. If you can’t pronounce the ingredients then you shouldn’t eat it! Today’s foods are deprived of nutrients and loaded with preservatives, so when you see things like methylchoroisothiazolinone, do your body a favor put it back on the shelf. In other words, when you eat healthy foods, it should be ones that you can pronounce.
5. Decrease your intake of foods high in sugar and salt. Don’t drink soda which contains things high fructose corn syrup. Instead eat healthy foods such as raw fruits and nuts like almonds and pecans.
